Condition & Value Assessment
Condition Grade
Near Mint (NM)
Estimated Market Value
Raw: $3 - $6, Graded (PSA 10): $25 - $40
Recent Sales
Recent raw copies of this card have been selling consistently in the $4 to $5 range on secondary marketplaces like TCGplayer and eBay.
Condition Details
The card exhibits generally strong centering from left to right and top to bottom with clean borders. Surface holo shows no major scratches, and corners appear sharp. Minor edge whitening may be present on the back, but the front face is remarkably clean.
Grading Recommendation
Grading is recommended only if aiming for a PSA 10 to capture the higher tier value, as raw values are low. Based on visual inspection, it has a fair shot at a high grade if the back passes scrutiny.
Card Description
It has small electric sacs on both its cheeks. If threatened, it looses electric charges from the sacs. Attacks: Gnaw (10 damage), Thunder Jolt (30 damage - Flip a coin. If tails, this Pokémon also does 10 damage to itself.)
Notable Features
Features the 25th Anniversary Pikachu stamp in the lower-left corner of the artwork box and a special Celebration Holofoil finish mimicking the original Base Set card layout with modern card stock.
Authentication Notes
Font styling, copyright line at the bottom, set symbol, and Holofoil reflection lines align with authentic prints from the Pokémon Celebrations expansion set.
