Condition Details
Visible silvering and edge wear along the bottom and side borders. Front surface shows light scuffing and minor scratches on the reverse holofoil finish. Centering appears slightly heavy toward the bottom edge.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for professional grading unless for personal collection preservation. Due to the visible edge wear and silvering, it would likely receive a grade between 6 and 7, which does not significantly increase value over raw copies.
Card Description

This power can't be used if you have already used another Wigglytuff's Good Neighbor Poke-Power this turn. | Do the Wave: 10x damage. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage times the number of Pokemon you have in play.
Notable Features
Reverse Holofoil pattern characteristic of the e-Reader era. Includes the dot-code strip on the left and bottom for use with the Nintendo e-Reader peripheral.
Authentication Notes
The font styles, copyright dates (2003), and specific e-Reader dot-code formatting are consistent with authentic Skyridge production. The holofoil pattern correctly avoids the card art area as per standard reverse-holo prints of this set.
