Authentication Notes
HIGH RISK OF COUNTERFEIT. The font style (typography) is incorrect for a legitimate Pokemon card, particularly the 'HP' and numeric values. The holographic 'rainbow' vertical sheen visible in the photo is typical of thin Chinese fakes; authentic Full Art cards from this era have a unique fingerprint-like physical texture (etching) which is missing here. The border thickness and color saturation are also off.
