Card Description
Ability: Fleet-Footed - Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may draw a card. Attack: Lightning Rondo (20+) - This attack does 20 more damage for each Benched Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's).
Notable Features
Standard Pokémon V full-art or ultra rare glossy finish, featuring artwork by PLANETA Mochizuki.
Authentication Notes
Appears to be a counterfeit or a heavily altered custom/fake card. The HP is printed as 310, which is incorrect for Raikou V (legitimate Raikou V from Brilliant Stars has 220 HP), and the font and layout have inconsistencies typical of proxy or fake cards.
