This is a fan-made 'dream card'. Mega Delphox does not exist in the official Pokemon TCG. The HP (350) and the Rule Box (3 Prize cards) are inconsistent with the 'EX' era of the game.

This card is 100% counterfeit/proxy. Clear indicators include: 1. Mega Delphox is not a real card printed by The Pokemon Company International. 2. The HP (350) is impossible for an EX card. 3.
