Notable Features
350 HP (exceedingly high for the EX era), fake expansion code (PBLEN), and a combination of Stage 2 and Mega Evolution mechanics that do not match official game rules.
Authentication Notes
This card is a well-known counterfeit/fictional creation. Evidence of fraud includes: 1. Incorrect HP (350 HP did not exist on EX cards). 2. Wrong font types for names and attacks. 3. Incorrect 'Mega Evolution EX rule' which incorrectly states the opponent takes 3 Prize cards (official rule is 2). 4. Non-existent set symbol and code. 5. Delphox never received an official Mega Evolution in the video games or TCG.
