Notable Features
Features the 25th Anniversary Pikachu head stamp on the right side of the art. The art is a 'Full Art' style expansion of the original Mitsuhiro Arita illustration.
Authentication Notes
The font, holofoil sheen (vertical lines), and set symbols appear consistent with authentic 'Celebrations' English printings. The presence of the top loader and price tag suggests a secondary market purchase.
