Condition Details
The card appears extremely well-preserved in a magnetic one-touch case. Centering seems slightly heavier toward the left side. Surface appears clean without visible scratches on the delicate Ghost Rare foil, though high-resolution inspection of the corners through the case is required to check for 'nick' wear or silvering.
Grading Recommendation
Highly recommended. Ghost Rares from the 5D's era are notorious for surface scratching and factory 'print lines.' If the surface is flawless (no scratches), a PSA 10 candidate could increase the value nearly tenfold.
Card Description

Once per turn: You can remove all Black Feather Counters from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that target loses 700 ATK for each Black Feather Counter you removed, and if it does, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK lost by this effect.
