Condition Details
The card shows very sharp corners and clean edges for the era. The left-to-right centering appears slightly shifted to the right, but well within the 60/40 or 70/30 tolerance for the grade. No visible surface creases or heavy scuffing.
Grading Recommendation
Only worth grading if you believe it is a flawless candidate for a Gem Mint 10. Due to mass production in 1990, anything lower than a 9 typically does not cover the cost of grading fees.

Authentication Notes
The O-Pee-Chee logo is present on the top left. The card stock should be a light cream/gray color on the back (not white like modern reprints). Print dots in the image area should be consistent with 1990 offset lithography.
